Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Santiago Holmes, Sandra Marshall and David Hoff.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
James scores with a straight right hand, right through his opponent's guard.
James lands a nice hook to Deluxe's body. Deluxe takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.
James has done a lot of speed work in the buildup to this fight.
Deluxe misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
James scores with a nice head shot.
Deluxe looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
James scores with a nice looking left hook and follows it up with an uppercut!

Deluxe has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Deluxe there as he acknowledges the shot.

James sneaks out the side door and pushes Deluxe away - he's back to his feet. The crowd show their appreciation for the escape.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Deluxe takes a hook to the side of the head. I wonder if that's got his ears ringing.
Deluxe cracks James with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.
James throws a nice looking combination but Deluxe bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.

Deluxe stands up over James, holding his feet. He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
A close round but Simon James will probably get the nod.

That's time! Deluxe's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.
Deluxe avoids the head kick by James.
Deluxe tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.

Deluxe shoots in looking for a takedown. James tries to sprawl out of it but Deluxe keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. James manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
James swings for the body but Deluxe moves out of range.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

James throws a lazy right hand but Deluxe sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Deluxe is looking to clinch but James is avoiding it.

James is staying active underneath Deluxe, who seems content to just control the action from this position.

James has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Deluxe is working away from the top position though.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Simon James's cut is absolute horrible now. This looks like something out of a horror film with blood covering both fighters.
The referee calls the doctor in to look at Simon James's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!

Our winner, Johnny Deluxe, made sure he spent some time buttering up the crowd during his post fight interview, which will no doubt bring him a few more fans.
