Grams moves into the clinch.

Grams is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Benton is just riding it out for now. Grams eventually gives up the hold.
Benton knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Grams on the ground.

Grams is just sitting in half guard, waiting for something to happen.
