The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Suarez takes a shot to the eye socket. That's gotta hurt.
Jones dips down and scores with a jab to the body.

Jones gets tackled into the cage by Suarez. Suarez maintains the clinch.
Suarez lands a short shot on the inside that snaps the head of Jones backwards.

Jones breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Jones cracks Suarez with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.

It looks like Marcellus Suarez has been cut.
Suarez darts in looking for a takedown but Jones gets double underhooks and turns Suarez into the cage.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Marcellus Suarez. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Jones lands a body shot.
Suarez seems to be squinting his left eye. Perhaps he got a poke in that previous exchange. Jones shows no mercy and swarms him with a barage of strikes! Suarez is backing up but Jones catches him with a final right hook that drops him! Suarez covers up and the referee steps in to end the fight! Jones Jumps to his feet and flashes his guns to the crowd. Oh yeah, baby! How'd you like them apples?!
