Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jack Durgin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Zico Ali (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Durgin's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, Halloween. Both fighters look pumped up here. Let's hope this is a good fight!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

7 - 9 - 0, fighting out of New York, Zico Ali!
The judges for this bout are Joseph Jones, Steve Montenegro and Columbo Gatti.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Durgin misses with a lunging right hand
and Ali counters with a straight punch to the midsection.
Ali looking to score a takedown here. Durgin is defending well but Ali drives through and ends up in Durgin's guard.
Durgin wants to get back to his feet but Ali passes into half guard.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
Ali is thwarting Durgin's attempts to control the position.
Ali seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Durgin does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.
Durgin tries to kick Ali off but Ali keeps his base steady and stays in half guard.

Ali wants to work for an arm triangle but Durgin is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.
Ali is trying to get back to his feet now but his leg is trapped.
Ali seems to be taking a bit of a break to think of his next move. He lands a short punch in the meantime.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Ali has freed up his trapped foot and advances to mount.
Ali prevents Durgin from getting the reversal.
Durgin looks to be in better condition than last time we saw him fight. Obviously he's been working hard on his cardio.

Ali has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.
Durgin defends a decent attempt at a guillotine from Ali.

Durgin is in a horrible position here. Ali smacks him with another shot as he tries to escape the position.
Durgin is writhing around trying to get back to his feet.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Ali tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position.
Oh Durgin is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!

Durgin seems to have got his legs back now.
Ali cracks Durgin with a big head shot that has him covering up instantly! He's rolled onto his side and the referee has seen enough - this one is aaaaaaaaaaall over!
