Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
4 - 1 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Mario Luigiano!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Jamos Ramon!
The judges for this bout are Santiago Holmes, Peter Branson and Daniel Franklin.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A bone on bone clash there as Luigiano blocks the leg kick.
A little feinted left hand from Luigiano on the counter but he doesn't commit to it.
Ramon misses with a combination
and Luigiano counters with a right hand to the body.
Ramon shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Ramon showed some decent athleticism there.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
Ramon is keen to just control but Luigiano is a slippery customer.
Ramon thows a huge punch but Luigiano dodges it nicely.
Luigiano definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.
Ramon working some ground and pound from close in. He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Ramon throwing shots but they're hitting the canvas more than the man.
Luigiano keeping hold of Ramon's head, controlling as best he can.
Ramon in half guard on the top. He's looking for a kimura... He's got it locked and he's managed to free his trapped foot. Luigiano tries to escape but it's on too tight and he has to tap! Great BJJ skills there from Ramon!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:55 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Kimura). Jamos Ramon!
