Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Cassiano Victor (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Dimitri Zimermann (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Victor comes into the arena with Enigma - Hello and welcome blaring out of the sound system. Zimermann comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Let the bodies hit the floor kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Victor scores with a nice looking left hook and follows it up with an uppercut!
Victor steps into range and cracks Zimermann with a monster punch that buckles his knees! Zimermann flops backwards and Victor dives into his guard looking to finish!

Zimermann can't keep his opponent in guard - Victor advances to half guard, no doubt looking to mount.

The referee calls for the fighters to work.
Zimermann seems to have recovered his senses.

Victor takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Victor is trying to take his opponent's back.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.

Zimermann is looking to improve his position but Victor isn't that keen on the idea.
Victor postures up and cracks his opponent a couple of times before moving back into close ground control. Zimermann looks a forlorn figure.

Victor really has the hooks in deep now - there seems like no escape for Zimermann.
