Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Mel Kramer (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Marcin Tybura (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Marcin Tybura is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Mel Kramer!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 4 - 0, fighting out of London, Marcin Tybura!
The judges for this bout are Phil Schofield, Donald Grub and Sam Margolis.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Tybura throws a right hand that Kramer ducks under and follows up with a left that Kramer also avoids with ease.
Tybura looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight!
Tybura throws a wild combination but nothing lands.

Kramer fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Tybura, pushing him back against the cage.

Tybura breaks from the clinch.
Kramer tries to close the distance and clinch up but Tybura swats him away and circles back towards the center.

Kramer has managed to clinch.
Kramer landing knees to the body. They look like they could hurt.

Tybura is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
Kramer's corner are urging him to control the action in the clinch for a moment, rather than mount any serious offense. I'm sure the crowd appreciate those instructions... not.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Tybura told us before the fight that he's been working on his elbows. An under utilised technique these days - let's see if it can sway the outcome of the fight.

We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.

Tybura must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.

Tybura manages to wriggle out and sneak his way back up to his feet, so the fighters are now clinched up against the cage.

Kramer is pushing Tybura up against the cage, for a bit of lean and pray action. Action being used the in the loosest possible sense of the word.

Kramer is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Tybura can do to turn this around?
Tybura takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired.

Kramer is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Tybura defends it well.

Kramer winds up and cracks Tybura with a swinging punch to the side of the head.
Kramer lands a big shot. The thud that echoes around the arena is like music to the fans' ears.
Tybura really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Kramer. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
The referee walks around the fighters to get a better view of the action. Kramer lands a nice short elbow.

Kramer is working for a kimura but Tybura is defending it quite comfortably.

The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Kramer connects with a nice short shot to Tybura's temple.
Marcin Tybura has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!
Kramer working some ground and pound from close in. He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.

Well I reckon that's a shut out for Kramer, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
