The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Reem scores with a body shot.
Penzenskiy takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.
Penzenskiy looks winded!

Reem closes the distance and pushes Penzenskiy back into the cage.
A short left from Reem.
Reem lands a hook to the body. It's hard to tell if that hurt Penzenskiy or not.

Reem pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.

Reem drops Penzenskiy with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Penzenskiy looks back up at him and smiles so Reem waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.

Penzenskiy is rocked!

It looks like Vladimir Penzenskiy has been cut.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

Reem takes the fight into the clinch.
Penzenskiy is still on wobbly legs! Can Reem finish him?
Reem swings away with an uppercut that misses.

Reem breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Penzenskiy drops his hands momentarily. Reem doesn't need a second invitation, landing a shot to the temple. Penzenskiy staggers and falls to the mat and the ref dives in to save him from any more punishment. Penzenskiy doesn't seem happy with the stoppage but he was done.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:38 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Ali Reem!
Post fight, Ali Reem stared into the camera and said 'I HAD to get this victory. Now I'm back on track, baby! Go home and sit on Putins lap, comrade..'.
