Chews bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Ness's head.

It looks like Lache Ness has been cut.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Ness throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Chews's waist but Chews gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Ness off to one side.
Ness is breathing heavily.

A jab-cross combination lands for Chews and sends Ness crashing to the mat! Chews follows him down to the mat - Ness regains half guard but he's not out of trouble yet!
