The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

This is turning into a torrid day at the office for Bob. He's trying desperately to land a takedown but he's failing miserably and getting slapped silly on the feet to compound his misery.

Bob closes the distance and clinches up with Tsurugi, looking for a takedown. Bob pushes Tsurugi against the cage but Tsurugi circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.

Well, he's not going to score with shots like that. A lazy body kick attempt from Tsurugi.
Bob will be looking to protect his midsection after taking some solid kicks to the body.

Tsurugi really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Bob. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Tsurugi pushes Bob off and gets back to his feet.
Bob throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Tsurugi's waist but Tsurugi gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Bob off to one side.
