Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Eli Barkio (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jeremy Heathen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Heathen comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Twenty One Pilots - Heathens kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Jeremy Heathen is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Jeremy Heathen!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Barkio uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Heathen.
Heathen bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut.
Heathen has been working on his striking defense in training and it's paying off as Barkio is landing a low percentage of strikes.

Barkio shoots in and bounces Heathen off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.

Heathen is scooting his butt against the cage and has managed to get back to his feet. Barkio presses him back against the cage, presumably looking to take the fight back to the mat.
Heathen lands with a right to the head.

Barkio is rocked!
Heathen swings away with an uppercut that misses.
Oh Barkio is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
The fighters are pressed against the cage, as the pace of the fight slows.
Barkio tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.
Our sources have told us that Barkio has been working on his elbows in the gym.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Barkio tries to pull guard but Heathen holds him up against the cage and eventually Barkio drops back down to his feet.

Heathen works for the underhooks and manages to get a trip takedown into guard.
Heathen arches his back and unloads with a massive left and a right! Barkio's eyes roll back into his head, he's out cold! The ref dives in to stop the fight - wow, they were hard shots!
