The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Matasaki throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Matasaki with a nice cross.
Matasaki throws a jab when Andrews was well out of range.
Andrews lands a jab to Matasaki's midsection.
Matasaki throws a jab but it's blocked by Andrews.
Matasaki swinging wildly here.
Andrews uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Matasaki.

and Andrews counters with a left to the body.
Andrews plants his feet and lands a nice head kick!

It looks like Hirusho Matasaki has been cut.

Matasaki ducks straight into an uppercut from Andrews and tumbles to the canvas! It’s a flash knockdown though - Matasaki manages to regain guard straight away.

Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Andrews loads up on a big left hand. Matasaki felt that one! He's just covering up now, not defending himself intelligently - Andrews looks towards the ref and unloads with 3 more big shots and the ref has no choice but to stop the fight! Matasaki can't hide his disappointment, as Andrews celebrates the victory.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:59 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Marvin Andrews!
