The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Drum on the wrong end of an overhand right that came out of nowhere.
Drum tries to move into range but Hyun Choi moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand.
Hyun Choi connects with a hook to the side of his opponent's head.
Drum shoots in but no luck this time.
Hyun Choi cracks a nice hook into Drum's ribs.
Hyun Choi keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Hyun Choi bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut.
Drum definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.
Hyun Choi lunges in with an uppercut that skims his opponent's chin.
Drum could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.

Hyun Choi might want to mix his strikes up a bit more. He's just going for head shots at the moment and that can become a bit predictable.

Drum shoots in for a double leg but Hyun Choi sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.

Drum with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Hyun Choi to score with a decent uppercut.

Hyun Choi stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.

Hyun Choi slips in close and lands a nice hook before moving back out of range.
Hyun Choi is landing a lot of head punches in this opening round! Drum had better start moving his head a bit unless he wants his face to turn into pâté.

Drum is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.

Dong Hyun Choi dominated that round.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.


Hyun Choi swings wildly with a hook that is half blocked by Drum.

Drum darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard.

Hyun Choi is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.

Hyun Choi is defending against the submission attempts here by Drum.
Drum stops Hyun Choi from getting back to his feet.

Drum seems like he's working for an arm triangle here. He's freed his trapped foot and he's rotating nicely. Hyun Choi is in big trouble! He's tapping out! This one is aaaaaaaaaaaall over!
