The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nadar fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Primo sprawls well initially but Nadar persists and gets the takedown into half guard.
Primo is looking for a sweep. Nadar is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.
Nadar looks over to his corner - he wants some instructions but his corner are not responding.
Primo is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Nadar pulls his head out easily.
Nadar prevents Primo from improving his position.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
