Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 24 - 17 - 1, fighting out of Las Vegas, Juan Cabrillo!
The judges for this bout are Cecil Peabody, Gwen Towbar and Alan Glass.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Uk throws a jab when Cabrillo was well out of range.
And Cabrillo tries to counter it with a takedown but Uk pushes his down on his head and steps out.
A swing and a miss from Cabrillo.
Uk is looking for a counter combo.
Uk tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Cabrillo was well out of range. Poor timing from Uk.
Uk has been talking about how he's improved his wrestling in the run up to the fight so let's see if that's enough to sway the balance.
Dong Uk seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
A big right from Uk misses.
Cabrillo let fly with a counter punch to the body but it didn't land.
Cabrillo has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Cabrillo there as he acknowledges the shot.
Cabrillo lands a nice hook to Uk's body. Uk takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.
Cabrillo closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so.
Cabrillo avoids a punch combination nicely.
Cabrillo tries a counter takedown but it's more of a dummy move, and he uses it to push himself away.

and Cabrillo counters with a single leg into guard. Uk didn't expect that.

Uk looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Cabrillo pushes down on Uk's leg and manages to get into half guard.
Cabrillo working over Uk with some ground and pound. Uk looks like he wants out of this position, which is understandable.

Uk wants to control but Cabrillo is keeping busy.
Uk makes his way to full guard. A much better position for Uk.

Uk escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Cabrillo gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

Uk has his foot on Cabrillo's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Cabrillo works his way back into a safe position though.
Uk lands a beautiful sweep and he's now moved into his opponent's guard.

Cabrillo wants to sweep but no luck.

Uk drops back for a leg but he's not going to get it - he lets go and Cabrillo dives on top into guard.

Cabrillo stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Uk swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Uk controls Cabrillo momentarily but Cabrillo frees himself.

Uk looks to be working for a triangle here. Oh, it looks like he might have it! Cabrillo has picked Uk up and slammed him! Uk can't keep hold of the triangle and Cabrillo manages to pass to side control!
Cabrillo scores with a couple of nice shots to the head there. The referee takes a look at Uk to see if he's OK.
Uk sneaks back into half guard.
Uk is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.

Uk on the receiving end of some nice ground and pound.
Cabrillo lands with a punch from half guard.
The fighters are tangled up in the ropes here. We might need a restart if the fighters can't break free themselves.
The referee walks around the fighters to get a better view of the action. Cabrillo lands a nice short elbow.

Uk looking for submissions from an awkward position here.

Cabrillo moves into side control, avoiding a weak kimura attempt from Uk.
Cabrillo lands a decent elbow from side control.
Uk is looking to slip a leg under and get half guard but Cabrillo is one step ahead and moves to full mount!

Cabrillo pausing momentarily but resumes with a couple of decent strikes that do a bit of damage.

Oooooh, big shot lands for Cabrillo! Uk is hurt baaadly! Cabrillo is firing away with more strikes - Uk is covering up... the ref is warning him to do something. He's just covering up though still and the ref has to step in to end the fight! This one is all over!

After the fight, Juan Cabrillo was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.
