Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Ezekiel Curtis (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Brock Lesnar (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Curtis comes to the cage accompanied by Avenged Sevenfold - Nightmare. The crowd giving both fighters a great reception on their way into the arena. That's good to see.

The judges for this bout are Bart Greer, Sandra Marshall and Daniel Franklin.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lesnar takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.
Curtis gets to the clinch - let's see what his plan is here.
Lesnar is trying to pull guard but Curtis has him pressed against the cage.
Curtis slowing the pace effectively.
Lesnar looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.
Lesnar tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.
Curtis lands a right hand.
Lesnar tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Curtis smiles and moves away.
Ezekiel Curtis has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Brock Lesnar.
Lesnar shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Curtis is trying to defend but Lesnar finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further.
Lesnar is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
Lesnar is working for a submission of some sort.
Curtis is looking to improve his position.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Curtis is working hard here to advance position.
Lesnar is looking to advance position but Curtis won't allow it.
Lesnar seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Curtis does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.
Lesnar content to sit in half guard and control for a moment.
Lesnar's corner are shouting for him to control the position and he seems happy to oblige.
Lesnar is looking to pass the guard... He's managed it - he's now in full mount!
Curtis knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Lesnar on the ground.

The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action.

Lesnar fails to move to back control.
Curtis on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Curtis tries to get out of the position.
Curtis is flailing around, obviously not happy about being mounted. Lesnar locks hold of one of his arms and spins for an armbar. He's got it! Curtis is forced to tap!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:39 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Armbar). Brock Lesnar! Brock Lesnar retains his featherweight title!
