Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Bernhard Adelhard (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Viktor Krum (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Adelhard comes to the cage accompanied by Godsmack - I Stand Alone. Krum has chosen Explosive by Bond as his entrance music. Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
That kick from Adelhard tenderised Krum's leg. Krum is trying to keep his angry face on.

We've been hearing good reports from Adelhard's training camp. Apparently he has been rolling around with some good quality BJJ practitioners and has been sharpening his skills. Let's see if that has an impact on the fight today.

Adelhard escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Krum gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

Krum drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Adelhard manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Krum has Adelhard in his guard.

Bernhard Adelhard overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Bernhard Adelhard.
