Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jonathan Goolay (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Dennis Gracie (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Goolay comes into the arena with Boats n Hos blaring out of the sound system. Gracie has chosen Streight Up Menace as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A slapping body kick lands there for Goolay.

The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.
Goolay throws a combination. Gracie tries to block but a couple of punches get through.

Gracie lands a jab, followed by a cross and another cross, as Goolay backs up against the cage.
Goolay with a nice looking leg kick. You could hear that one land in a back row.
Goolay throws an overhand right from the outside, which connects and sends Gracie stumbling backwards into the cage! Gracie bounces back off the cage towards Goolay, who cracks him with a two punch combination that drops him to his knees! Goolay lands two more shots before the referee has chance to intervene - what a finish! Goolay celebrates with his corner as the crowd cheer loudly.
