PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Alexander Kacik (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Moloch Madakassan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Kacik kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is The Hydrant - Bali Bandidos. Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 7 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Alexander Kacik!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Moloch Madakassan!
The judges for this bout are Kenichi Hosakawa, Shirou Masuda and Yasuomi Hirokawa.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Madakassan has been taking part in the yoga sessions down at School of Hard Knocks (Elite Training for $225). Presumably he's going to look for a slick submission... Or maybe he's looking to avoid one.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

It looked like Kacik wanted to counter with a hook but didn't fully commit.

Kacik feints a jab promting Madakassan to slip. Kacik then demonstrates his capabilities by jabbing again. Madakassan slips again and ducks right into an uppercut.
Madakassan connects with a good right hand that stumbles Kacik. Kacik circles away out of range and recomposes himself.
