Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Zulu Zulu (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Bahram Mirza (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Zulu is looking to land body kicks.
Mirza throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Zulu has his head slapped from side to side by a 3 punch combination. That must have hurt him.
Zulu throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
It seemed like Mirza was going to counter with the hook but didn't fully commit to it.
Mirza throws a one two combo.
Mirza throws a body kick, spinning off balance
and Zulu counters with a nice kick to the body.
Bahram Mirza seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Zulu with a nice looking leg kick. You could hear that one land in a back row.
An inside leg kick lands from Zulu.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Zulu is actively looking for submissions from his back. He's worked himself a little space on the bottom and seems to be going for a triangle. No, he's switched into an armbar! That was slick! Mirza rolls with it to try and escape but Zulu cranks on the arm and Mirza is forced to tap out! This one is aaaaaaaaall over!
