PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Jed Knight (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and CJ Saaim (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Saaim is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Chelsea Dagger. On his way into the cage it seems that Jed Knight has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily Jed Knight seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Saaim pivots as if he's going to throw a leg kick but stops half way.
Saaim throws an ugly left hook that misses
and Knight counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Knight darts in and out, connecting with a jab.
Knight looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
Knight lands a pitter patter jab to the forehead of his opponent.
Knight moves out of range as Saaim strikes.
A lazy left from Knight finds it's target.
Knight fakes a head shot and lands one to the body.
Knight throws a series of punches but Saaim moves out of range.
Knight digs a good body shot into Saaim's ribs.
Knight scores with a decent looking hook.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Saaim takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness.
Knight connects with a body shot that sends Saaim's belly button to the back.
Knight fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Saaim on the side of the head.
Knight ducks under a wild hook from Saaim.
Saaim misses with a double jab
and Knight counters with a huge left! Saaim is in big trouble! He's backing up but Knight isn't giving him chance to recover. Under a barage of punches the ref has to step in to save Saaim from any more damage. A dominating finish by Knight!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:55 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Jed Knight!
An intense looking Jed Knight took to the microphone post fight and gave a little speech: 'Yeah that's right! Give that title shot against Ruby and quit BSing! I work to damn hard! Let's go!'.
In defeat, CJ Saaim stepped up to the mic, saying 'I tripped on my shoelace, I'll tie them and i'll be back better than ever'.
