The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Hunter is stalling here. Myles is in no mood to hang around though. He's locked up a kimura from the bottom! Hunter seems to be keeping calm but he's forced to roll out of the hold and Myles has ended up in side control on the top. Nice work.

That was a close round but I would say that Darren Myles will probably get the nod.
OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.



Hunter clinches up with Myles and pushes him back against the cage.
Hunter tries to throw a body punch but Myles avoids it by throwing Hunter back against the cage.
Hunter jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Myles walks away with a smile on his face. Hunter gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.
Myles leaves Hunter with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
Hunter shoots in for a takedown but Myles shows good takedown defense.
Darren Myles has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Justin Hunter.
Myles uses good footwork to get in and out, landing a nice hook.

Myles pushes Hunter away and creates a bit of space to escape. He's almost out here... but no, Hunter gets a good hold of his legs and remains firmly in side control.

The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Hunter connects with a nice short shot to Myles's temple.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Hunter is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.

Hunter is working close to his opponent, looking to work a submission by the looks of things. Oh, he's managed to get a guillotine from mount as his opponent reached up! That looks tiiiiight! Will he tap? YES, he's tapped! Impressive submission by Hunter!
