Well, the cameraman is lingering on a pretty young lady for a bit too long there. Keep your eyes on the prize buddy or you'll miss the fighter intros!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Hipster Canuck!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Jerome Cornhusker!
The judges for this bout are Wesley Smith, Tiny Johnson and Gwen Towbar.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Canuck lands with a good body shot.
Cornhusker bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
Cornhusker steps in looking to clinch after the strikes miss from Canuck.
A jab from Canuck misses.
Cornhusker tries to counter by closing the distance.
Canuck dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
A jab from Canuck does it's job there.
Canuck misses with a looping left.
Cornhusker wants to counter with a clinch but Canuck pushes him away.
Canuck looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
Cornhusker is looking to take this fight into the clinch.

and Cornhusker counters into the clinch. Nicely done.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Cornhusker lands a knee to the head there! That was nasty!
Canuck misses with a short punch on the inside.
Cornhusker misses with a knee strike.
Cornhusker with the Thai clinch. He's looking to land a big knee but he's not managed it this time.
Cornhusker blocks a punch to the side of the head.

Cornhusker tries a knee to the head but Canuck blocks it.

Cornhusker throws a knee to the head but misses.
Canuck digs a right hand underneath Cornhusker's ribcage. Cornhusker let out a lung full of air as it connected.
Cornhusker looks winded!
Canuck tries to land a shot to the body but it's blocked.

Canuck breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Canuck connects with a body shot.
A shot to the liver by Canuck. Beautiful body shot.
Canuck jabs Cornhusker to the body, keeping him at a distance.
Nice uppercut lands for Canuck. That snapped Cornhusker's head back.
Canuck connects with a body shot that sends Cornhusker's belly button to the back.
Canuck fakes a jab and then connects with a hook.
Good exchange - Canuck coming out on top.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Canuck throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Cornhusker on the side of the head.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Canuck looks to score with a jab to the body but Cornhusker is just out of range.
Nice straight punches there by Canuck. You know Roy Jones Jr respects the hands of Canuck.
Cornhusker takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.
Cornhusker walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head.
Canuck scores with a hook to the body. Cornhusker takes a step back and tries to catch his breath.
Canuck tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Cornhusker was well out of range. Poor timing from Canuck.
Cornhusker is trying to avoid his opponent's strikes and get into the clinch.

Canuck drops a shoulder and throws a biiiig uppercut that drops Cornhusker onto his butt! Cornhusker pops straight back to his feet to convince the referee that he's OK to continue.


It looks like Jerome Cornhusker has been cut.

Cornhusker walks into a big right hand from Canuck and goes down! The referee sends Canuck to a neutral corner as Cornhusker gets back to his feet. He looks OK so we're back under way.

Canuck tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Cornhusker was well out of range. Poor timing from Canuck.
Cornhusker wants to counter with a clinch but Canuck pushes him away.
A punch combination from Canuck misses.
Canuck with a hook.

That's three minutes gone in the round.
Canuck tries to bum rush Cornhusker with a series of wild strikes but Cornhusker uses good footwork to avoid the assault.

Canuck scores a knockdown with a big right hand! Cornhusker beats the count and gets back to his feet. The referee asks him to walk forwards and it appears he is OK so we'll continue the bout.
Cornhusker drops his guard momentarily, allowing Canuck to crack him with a picture perfect lead left hook! Boom! Down goes Cornhusker! Oh, he's in big trouble - I don't like his chances here as the referee's count reaches 5. 6,7,8,9...10! He's out! Canuck takes it!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:21 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Punch). Hipster Canuck!
Hipster Canuck seemed lost for words in his post fight interview but he remembered to thank his fans and directed everyone to his website.
