Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Josh Morse (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mark Titor (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Mark Titor is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Titor dives in and scores a takedown into Morse's guard.

Morse looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.

Titor avoids a guillotine attempt easily.

Titor is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.

Morse is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle.
Titor pushes down on Morse's leg and manages to get into half guard.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Morse wants to control but Titor is keeping busy and won't allow it.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
