Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Sol Duffy (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and John Cracker (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Sol Duffy!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of New York, John Cracker!
The judges for this bout are Jonathan Paton, Joseph Jones and David Schapiro.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

The fight moves into the clinch position.
Duffy changes levels and goes for a takedown here. Cracker fights it off and pushes away nicely.

Cracker bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.
Duffy is looking to get back to his feet here but Cracker is keeping cool and he's managed to take Duffy's back.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Cracker controls the position.

That's one minute gone in the round.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
You can see the frustration on Duffy's face… He knows he is in trouble unless he improves his position sooner rather than later.
Cracker controlling from the back.
Duffy tries to break free.
The crowd hopeful of a finish here - Cracker's supporters are on their feet, screaming for him to go for the rear naked choke.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.
Duffy is in bad spot here.
Cracker has the hooks sunk in and you can see the will to fight slowly draining out of Duffy's body.
Duffy staying busy and making it hard for Cracker to control.
What can Duffy do to escape this position? He's going to have to figure it out pretty quick if he wants to stay in the fight!
Duffy really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.

Duffy trying to control but he's just got himself in more trouble.
Cracker trying desperately to keep hold of the dominant position.
Cracker avoiding Duffy 's attempts to control his hands.
You can see the frustration on Duffy's face… He knows he is in trouble unless he improves his position sooner rather than later.

Cracker working for the choke.
A bit of a pause in the action here. Cracker controlling the positon.

Cracker is working really hard to secure the rear naked choke. Duffy defends successfully for a significant amount of time. Both fighters are looking very determined.

That's four minutes gone in the round.
Cracker lands a shot to the body.
Cracker is trying to stick to Duffy's back but Duffy is turning into Cracker. He's managed to reverse the position - now he's in Cracker's guard. Polite applause from the crowd in appreciation of some nice Jiu Jitsu by Duffy.
Cracker is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.

Cracker trying to control the action but Duffy is working from the bottom.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
Duffy wants to get back to full guard.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

John Cracker dominated that round.
That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business.

Duffy is rocked!
Cracker chips away with some ground and pound.
Oh Duffy is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!
Cracker postures up from his opponent's guard, before exploding into some vicious ground and pound! Duffy covers up, he's hurt! Cracker keeps throwing the strikes, glancing at the referee... Will he stop it?? One more big shot from Cracker and the ref steps in to end the fight! Cracker can't hide his delight as he celebrates with his corner.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:29 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). John Cracker!
