With a record of 14 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Gerrald James!
The judges for this bout are Paul Tew, Daniel Bishop and William Gold.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
James fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Boucher manages to avoid it.
James throws a lazy right hand but Boucher sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Boucher is looking to counter the offense by James and move into the clinch.
Boucher ducks under a wild hook from James.
James scores with a shot to the body.
James swings wildly with a hook that is half blocked by Boucher.


It looks like Roberto Boucher has been cut.
The fighters circling - James throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
James keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Boucher.
A nice side step and James releases a counter shot to the body, but it doesn't find it's home.
Boucher takes a hook to the side of the head. I wonder if that's got his ears ringing.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

We've been told by Boucher's head coaches at Vendetta Alliance London Gym that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight.

Boucher throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
James scores with a jab. Boucher acknowledges it with a nod of the head.
Gerrald James seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Boucher walks into a stiff left hand from James.
James ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Boucher moves away.
Boucher uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by James.
James takes a swing at Boucher's ribcage but misses.
A lazy left from Boucher finds it's target.
James is throwing a lot of body shots here, looking to wear down Boucher rather than just go for the knockout.
James ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Boucher moves away.
Boucher slips a jab from James.
James throws a lazy uppercut
and Boucher counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.

Boucher takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness.
A looping hook to the body misses from James. Boucher does a little dance to reset his feet.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

James escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.

Boucher rushes James and presses him up against the cage.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

James has been looking to improve his clinch game in recent weeks. Boucher seems to have the measure of him in the clinch so far, so let's see if James can turn it around.
