Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Ronald Griffin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Bo Xiang Pao (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Xiang Pao has chosen Enter The Palm as his entrance music. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Xiang Pao loads up on a big right hand but Griffin slips the punch.
Griffin feinted with a counter takedown.
Xiang Pao throws a push kick but Griffin slaps the foot to one side.
Xiang Pao thuds his right hand into Griffin's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters.

Griffin definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.

Xiang Pao is fighting to break Griffin's control of his arms but Griffin is doing a good job of controlling the position at the moment.

The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.
Griffin is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.

The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
Griffin works his foot free and advances to mount.

Bo Xiang Pao dominated that round.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.

A momentary lapse in concentration from Xiang Pao enables Griffin to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Xiang Pao manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

That's time! Griffin's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight. Ladies and gentlemen, this is the final round!

The crowd cheers as Xiang Pao lands an impressive looking overhand right. Griffin doesn't seem phased though.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Griffin's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Xiang Pao connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Griffin scrambles back to his feet.
