The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Horrible takedown attempt by Camacho or perhaps it was just good defense by Johnson, which made it look bad.

Johnson tries to keep at a distance but Camacho has taken the fight into the clinch.

Camacho is stalling here. The referee will be looking to step in if he doesn't pick up the pace.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Johnson pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Camacho shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Johnson sprawls well. Johnson wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Camacho gets slowly back to his feet.

and Camacho counters with a left and a right that stings Johnson.

It looks like George Camacho has been cut.
A nice inside leg kick there by Johnson. That's going to slow Camacho down.

Camacho takes the fight into the clinch.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Johnson has had enough of the clinch but Camacho keeps him there for the moment.

Johnson throws a series of punches but Camacho avoids them all with ease.
Johnson lands three nice shots there - that looked like it hurt!

Johnson lands with a jab that stuns his opponent. Camacho is looking to close the distance but Johnson sees it coming and throws a beautiful knee! Camacho crumbles to the mat and that's all she wrote! Let's hope Camacho is OK because that was naaaaaasty!
