Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Monroe Dillard (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Biscuit Da Sheep (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Monroe Dillard!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Biscuit Da Sheep!
The judges for this bout are Donatello Bradman, Darius Henderson and Topper Green.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Excellent takedown into side control there by Da Sheep.
Dillard is looking to regain half guard here but Da Sheep keeps moving and retains side control.

Dillard tries to bench press Da Sheep off him but Da Sheep keeps the position.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Da Sheep in side control, throwing shots but Dillard defends.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Dillard is moving his hips around well on the bottom and has managed to get back to half guard.
Dillard makes his way to full guard. A much better position for Dillard.
Dillard will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.

Dillard is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle.
Da Sheep has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of Dillard is proving hard to escape from.

Da Sheep gets to his feet. Dillard looking to butt scoot but the ref puts an end to that. On your feet son!
Dillard dives in for a single leg takedown but Da Sheep sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage.

Dillard has hold of a leg and is looking for a trip takedown. Da Sheep avoids it nicely though and we remain in the clinch.

Dillard throws an elbow to the body but it doesn't land.

Da Sheep wants to control but Dillard is keeping him busy.

Da Sheep looks up at the clock and then as Dillard takes his cue and looks up at the clock too, Da Sheep smacks him right in the chops with a big elbow! How rude!
Da Sheep tries to get to his feet but Dillard is in the middle of advancing position himself and ends up with Da Sheep in his guard.
Da Sheep must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.

Dillard had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Da Sheep defends it easily.

OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.



Da Sheep shoots in and scores a nice double leg takedown into half guard.
Da Sheep is trying to control the action in half guard but Dillard is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard.

The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up. He just wasn't happy with the level of activity.

Da Sheep throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.

Da Sheep closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Dillard did well to prevent Da Sheep getting side control.

Da Sheep wants to stand up but Dillard is controlling the position.
The step up in weight doesn't seem to be a problem for Da Sheep. He's performing admirably here against the bigger man.

The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Dillard connects with a nice short shot to Da Sheep's temple.

Dillard is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Da Sheep doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Dillard.

That was a close second round but I would say that Monroe Dillard will probably get the nod.
