Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Aaron Klein (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Nathan James (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). James is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by a great song. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The judges for this bout are Daniel Bishop, Colin Fotheringham and Richard Clark.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Klein looks for a takedown but James sprawls well.
No luck for Klein with that takedown attempt.
Klein fails to land the takedown.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Aaron Klein. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Klein closes this distance looking for a takedown but James circles away.
Klein takes a shot to the body in his stride.
Klein tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but James swivels and escapes.

Klein is trying to get an arm triangle but James is defending well.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.

Klein goes for an armbar! This could be all over! Wait, no, James rolls with the submission and now he's on top in Klein's guard! Nice work there by James!
James is stalling in the full guard.

Klein is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle.

James forces his way into half guard.
James wants to take a breather but Klein is having none of it.

James is thinking about going for an arm triangle but he can't free his leg.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

James looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
Klein is trying to get back to full guard.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
James trying to control the action but Klein is working from the bottom.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

A close round but Nathan James will probably get the nod.
That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business.

James has Klein up against the cage in a clinch.
Klein is working for a takedown up against the cage. He can't get it on this occasion though.
Klein prevents the takedown attempt.
James drops down looking for an ankle pick but Klein pulls his leg out and moves away.
James stuffs the takedown.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

James tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Klein wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control.

The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action.

Klein wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by James, who protects the arm well.

Klein tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Klein has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!
James tries to slip a leg under to move to half guard but Klein presses down on the leg and jumps into full mount!
Klein wants to take James's back here but James is holding on to an arm, himself looking to escape.

Klein is controlling this nicely and is looking to make no mistakes. James is trying to wiggle out of this horrible position. James flips to his side and attempts to get a leg in for half guard. Klein anticipates the leg and manages to get behind James and secures both hooks! This could be bad! Klein slips an arm under James chin and tries to position for a rear naked choke. Klein has worked the choke in now and it looks tight. Klein is squeezing on James like an anaconda would it's prey. James fails to tap and has fallen unconscious! We've got ourselves a winner by way of a rear naked choke!
