Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Seu Braga, Mauricio Rocha and Felipe Paraventi.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Galore closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.
Cox kicks off Galore and gets to his feet.
Cox tries to close the distance and clinch up but Galore swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Galore thuds his shin into the meat of Cox's side.
Galore shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Cox's guard.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Galore wants to control from the top but Cox keeps moving.
Galore throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent.
Cox throws a couple of weedy looking strikes off his back.
Galore trying to control but Cox is working from the bottom.
Galore slows down the pace of the fight, as he sits in guard.
Cox looking to sweep using the butterfly guard but Galore puts pay to that idea as he passes nicely into half guard.

Galore stands up and beckons Cox to join him on the feet.
Galore shoots in and bounces Cox off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.
Galore gets to his feet. Cox looking to butt scoot but the ref puts an end to that. On your feet son!
Cox closes the distance and clinches.
Cox is fighting off a takedown attempt but Galore is just too persistent for him and manages to trip Cox to the mat. Cox regains guard as soon as the fighters hit the mat.
Galore trying to control the position from guard on top but Cox is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Galore passes into half guard under a barage of strikes.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Cox is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Galore's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Galore's back!

Galore feints and as Cox raises his hands in defense, Galore changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.
Galore is breathing heavily.
Cox has an omoplata and is looking to use it perhaps as a submission or perhaps to transition. Galore is in a bit of discomfort here, but he's managed to free himself and has dived into side control! That didn't work out too well for Cox.
Galore wants to lay and pray for a moment but Cox keeps working.
Galore might have to switch it up a bit here because his efforts to control Cox haven't been going to plan, at least at the current moment in time.

Let's hope that Galore has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight.
