The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Turtle shoots in for a double leg but Walsh sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.

Walsh looking for a takedown here - he's got it.
Turtle is looking to stand back up but Walsh counters by passing into half guard. Oops... bit sloppy there by Turtle.


Walsh looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.
Walsh working over Turtle with some ground and pound. Turtle looks like he wants out of this position, which is understandable.

Walsh is looking for a kimura but Turtle is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Walsh to get the leverage.

The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Walsh connects with a nice short shot to Turtle's temple.

Walsh winds up and cracks Turtle with a swinging punch to the side of the head.
