Jedrzejczyk tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Schmidt manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.

Schmidt walks into a perfectly timed head kick by Jedrzejczyk and drops face first to the floor! Schmidt's eyes are wide open but he's not all there - he's just flopping around the mat like a drunk on rollerskates! The referee doesn't even start the count - he's called an end to the fight, with Schmidt in no position to continue!

Karolina Jedrzejczyk decided to go for the less than humble approach in his post fight interview, telling everyone how he is going to conquer the world. The crowd seemed to like it when really that sort of approach could have gone either way.
