Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Baba Ganoosh (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Moses Black (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Ganoosh might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Killing in the Name Of-Rage Against The Machine. Moses Black has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Black thuds a left hand into Ganoosh's body.
Black swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Black dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Ganoosh tries to clinch up but Black circles away and keeps his distance.
Black fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Ganoosh shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Black but Black pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Ganoosh drops his hands momentarily and Black takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head.
Black lands a jab, followed by a cross and another cross, as Ganoosh backs up against the cage.

It looks like Baba Ganoosh has been cut.
Ganoosh throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Black's waist but Black gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Ganoosh off to one side.
Black misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.

Black moves into the clinch.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Black blocks a punch to the side of the head.
Ganoosh tries a shoulder strike but it doesn't do any damage.

Black breaks from the clinch.
Ganoosh showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Black.

Black throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.

Ganoosh gets in close and instigates a clinch.

Black gets control of Ganoosh's arms and successfully pulls guard. Black will no doubt be looking for submissions off his back.
Ganoosh stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Black swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Black is trying to control the position but Ganoosh postures up.
Black is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Ganoosh is controlling him.

Black working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Ganoosh doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Ganoosh manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

Black is looking for a triangle but Ganoosh pushes his legs off easily.

Black has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Ganoosh can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

Ganoosh stands, ready to strike. The ref makes him back up and allows Black to get to his feet.

Black tries to keep at a distance but Ganoosh has taken the fight into the clinch.
Black stops a takedown attempt from Ganoosh.

Black misses with a body punch.
Ganoosh wants to strike at distance but he can't break free of the clinch.
Ganoosh misses with an elbow over the top.
Ganoosh is trying to break the clinch but Black has him pressed against the cage.
Ganoosh doesn't land with the attempted body shot.

Black gets underhooks to prevent Ganoosh's takedown attempt.

Ganoosh is trying to trip Black. He has hold of a leg but Black is hopping around, keeping his balance for the moment. Ganoosh persists though and gets the takedown into guard.

Ganoosh makes a bit of distance and scores with some ground and pound, still in guard.

Black is striking off his back. Ganoosh thinks nothing of it though and passes easily into half guard.

Ganoosh finds nothing but air with that leg kick attempt.
Baba Ganoosh seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Ganoosh shoots in but no luck this time.
Ganoosh tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Black swivels and escapes.
Black ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Ganoosh moves away.
Black throws a sloppy head kick and Ganoosh moves out of range easily.
Ganoosh is on the wrong end of a nice combination from Black.

Black feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.

Ganoosh seems to have a rather negative gameplan on the ground. He seems keen to just score the takedown and hold down Black for as long as he can get away with.

Ganoosh passes Black's right leg, so he's now in half guard.

Ganoosh is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.
Black is not content to let Ganoosh control the position.

Ganoosh passes easily into side control. Nice work.
Black is moving his hips around well on the bottom and has managed to get back to half guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.

Ganoosh is nestled in close to Black, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

The referee stands the fighters back up. Baba Ganoosh just wasn't active enough from the dominant position.

and Black counters with a shoot takedown. Ganoosh fights it but they end up in guard.

Black is desperately trying to improve his position but Ganoosh has a good base and remains in mount.
