The judges for this bout are Paul Tew, Daniel Bishop and Andrew Berry.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Robertson shoots in but Jackson avoids the takedown attempt easily.
Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Robertson lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Jackson has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Jackson and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.
Robertson looking to score a takedown here. Jackson is defending well but Robertson drives through and ends up in Jackson's guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Jackson tries to land a sweep but no joy.
The referee is asking the fighters to pick up the pace.

The referee has decided to stand the fighters back up, so we'll restart on the feet.
Robertson shoots in for a takedown but Jackson shows good takedown defense.

The referee walks around the fighters to get a better view of the action. Jackson lands a nice short elbow.
Jackson lands a big elbow from half guard. That looks like it's hurt Robertson quite badly. Robertson pulls Jackson in close trying to recover. Jackson postures up and lands two really hard shots that put Robertson on queer street! The ref takes a look and decides to call an end to the fight! Possibly an early stoppage but Robertson doesn't seem to be complaining too much.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:46 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Gary Jackson!
