Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 31 - 14 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Andy Wilkins!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 9 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Kyle Kingsley!
The judges for this bout are Yves DeLean, William Peck and Alec Ball.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A good leg kick by Kingsley.
Wilkins doesn't succeed with the takedown
and Kingsley counters with a slapping leg kick.
Kingsley stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.
Kingsley steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Wilkins.
Kingsley tries to land a front kick but Wilkins steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed.
Kingsley has done a lot of speed work in the buildup to this fight.
Kingsley connects with a right hand. Wilkins shakes it off.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.

Kingsley is staying active underneath Wilkins, who seems content to just control the action from this position.

That was a close round but I would say that Andy Wilkins will probably get the nod.

Kingsley's jab looks to have found its range, popping Wilkins under the eye.

and Kingsley counters with a straight punch to the midsection.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Wilkins tries to score a power double leg takedown but Kingsley sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Wilkins somewhat.

Wilkins fails miserably with a takedown attempt.
Kingsley connects with a leg kick. Wilkins looked like he was expecting something else and didn't defend it.
Kingsley goes for a high kick. It partially lands.
Kingsley lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise.
Kingsley wants to clinch up but Wilkins keeps it at a distance.
Wilkins takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.


Wilkins is rocked!
Kingsley lunges in with a left hook that violently twists Wilkins head around and knocks him out cold! Kingsley hops onto the cage and yells out at the top of his lungs - Yeeeeeeeeaaaaaaaaah! They're showing the replay on the big screens now; that was nasty! I hope one of the photographers got a good shot of it.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:47 of round 2, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Kyle Kingsley!
