The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dos Anjos lands with a good body shot.
Dos Anjos throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd.
Dos Anjos lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by Dos Anjos.
Davis tries for a takedown but Dos Anjos sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
A little jabbing left from Dos Anjos on the counter but it doesn't find it's target.
Dos Anjos scores with a jab. Davis acknowledges it with a nod of the head.

Davis is rocked!
Davis shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Davis misses with a jab, cross combination.
Davis fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Dos Anjos avoids it really well and circles away.
And an attempted straight right on the counter from Dos Anjos! But no joy.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Roderick Davis. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Davis shoots for a double leg takedown but Dos Anjos sprawls well. He's pushed Davis's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Davis is breathing heavily.
Donk. Dos Anjos catches Davis right on the button with a cross.
Oh Davis is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!

Davis seems to have got his legs back now.
A jab from Dos Anjos finds it's way through Davis's defenses.
Dos Anjos lands a hook that stumbles Davis back into the cage. Dos Anjos follows up with a straight and another hook that land right on the button, dropping Davis to the canvas! Dos Anjos pounces and lands several unanswered shots - Davis has had enough and taps out! This one is all over!
