The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Miranda fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Silva manages to avoid it.
Silva misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Silva fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Miranda.
Silva avoids the clinch attempt nicely.

Miranda gets the takedown into side control.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.

Silva has the hooks in and he's looking for a rear naked choke here. Miranda is defending well but eventually Silva manages to get an arm under the chin and he's locked on the RNC! Miranda has no choice but to tap now! He does! This one is all over!
