Manres is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Aqualung - Jethro Tull. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the ring.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Fish lunges at Manres with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by Manres's hand.
Fish swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.

Fish gets a clinch.
Fish stalling in the clinch but Manres improves position.

Manres works for the underhooks and manages to get a trip takedown into guard.

Manres avoids a guillotine attempt easily.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Fish is active off his back here, looking for submissions.

Manres trying to control the position from guard on top but Fish is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Manres working from the guard for now, landing some ground and pound.
Manres works over Fish with some ground and pound from guard.
Manres stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Fish swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Fish escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Manres gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

Manres has a momentary lapse of concentration, allowing Fish to throw up a leg and lock on what appears to be a pretty tight triangle! Manres is fighting it off but it's all too little too late - Fish pulls down on the head and he's put Manres to sleep! This one is all over!
