Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Holden Easterly (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Perrin GoldenEyes (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). GoldenEyes has chosen Goldfinger Theme Song as his entrance music. I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Robert Douchet, Ian Loll and Gregory Folan.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
GoldenEyes showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Easterly.
GoldenEyes bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.
GoldenEyes wants to stand but Easterly is controlling his arm.
Easterly is moving his hips around well on the bottom and has managed to get back to half guard.
Easterly wants to improve his position but GoldenEyes is controlling well.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
GoldenEyes thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas.
In the pre-fight buildup videos we saw GoldenEyes working his ground and pound in the gym. He isn't landing a great percentage of his ground strikes so far though.
Easterly is trying to get back to full guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Easterly is controlling GoldenEyes's position as best he can from this difficult position.
Easterly is looking for a sweep. GoldenEyes is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.

There's a bit of a scramble here and now Easterly is on top in guard.
Easterly throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as GoldenEyes works some decent striking defense from the bottom.

Easterly is maintaining the dominant position - no doubt GoldenEyes will start to get frustrated soon if he's not already.

Easterly is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and GoldenEyes defends it well.

The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.
Easterly looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Easterly tries to score with an inside leg kick but telegraphs it and GoldenEyes is able to avoid easily.
Easterly throws a nice looking combination but GoldenEyes bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
GoldenEyes with the counter takedown but Easterly avoids it easily.
Easterly shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says GoldenEyes as he avoids it easily.
GoldenEyes is clearly looking to counter with head kicks.
Easterly shoots in and scores a nice double leg takedown into half guard.
Easterly prevents GoldenEyes from standing back up.
