Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between gray donky (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Franko Mia (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Mia is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: .. Franko Mia is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

The judges for this bout are Frank Antenori, and Jack Bonds.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mia connects with a high kick.

It looks like gray donky has been cut.
A bone on bone clash there as donky blocks the leg kick.
donky looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Mia is fending him off so far but donky persists. Nope, Mia circles away and we're back to standing.

Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.

and Mia counters with a single leg into guard. donky didn't expect that.
donky is breathing heavily.
Mia sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed donky's guard.
donky wants to control but Mia is keeping busy.

Mia looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks donky with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.
Mia uses his free foot to push down on donky's thigh. Eventually he works his other foot free and he's advanced to mount - this is trouble for donky.

Mia might have to switch it up a bit here because his efforts to control donky kaven't been going to plan, at least at the current moment in time.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.
