Leduc comes to the cage accompanied by The Spirit Never Dies. Kreg Yamovitch has the power to score a knockout today if he connects clean with Zach Leduc's chin.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Leduc is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Yamovitch is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.
Yamovitch manages to work his way to half guard, despite Leduc's best efforts.

Yamovitch had isolated an arm as going for an omaplata. Leduc is defending the submission well but is in a very vulnerable position. Yamovitch Is leaning forward trying to finish the omaplata but decides to abandon it, and take Leduc's back instead.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
You can see the frustration on Leduc's face… He knows he is in trouble unless he improves his position sooner rather than later.
