Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Thiago Cunha, Emerson Jorge and Mauricio Rocha.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Carnera tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. McCann manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.

and McCann counters with a driving takedown into guard. Nice work there by McCann.
Carnera is trying to hold McCann in close to prevent damage but McCann has managed to pass into half guard.
McCann is figuring out what he wants to do next.
Carnera is defending against the submission attempts here by McCann.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
McCann perhaps working for something from half guard, or maybe not. It looks like he's just sitting there.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

McCann passes to full mount!
McCann has control of Carnera's right arm, working for a kimura. It's a bit of a token attempt though and Carnera regains control of the situation pretty easily.
McCann controlling the pace for now.
McCann is thinking about an arm triangle here, looking to tighten it up before moving to side control. Carnera can see it coming though and defends well with a couple of strikes to the head and some good arm positioning.
Carnera is working to get back to half guard.

Carnera tries to hold on but McCann pushes him away.

McCann lands a big shot there that rocks Carnera but he's holding on and managing to survive for now.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

McCann pausing momentarily but resumes with a couple of decent strikes that do a bit of damage.
McCann fakes a shot to the body and cracks his opponent in the head. Nice ground and pound there!
It looks like Primo Carnera has been cut.
McCann sitting in mount, just looking to control for the moment.
Carnera can't escape the position.
McCann has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.

McCann looking to control and managing it successfully.
McCann stands up from the dominant position. He obviously fancies his chances standing.
McCann looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
McCann rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Carnera moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Carnera wants to clinch.
McCann has taken the fight to the clinch.
That's four minutes gone in the round.
McCann displaying some good clinch control by pressing Carnera up against the cage.
McCann turns his back and goes for a hip toss. It's a bit messy but it gets the job done and McCann manages to end up in side control.
Carnera wants to get back to his feet but McCann is dominant here and he's now got Carnera's back!
McCann has got one arm under Carnera's chin. This could be trouble... Carnera trying to control the other hand but McCann gets it free and sqeezes tight - just a matter of time now! Yep, Carnera has tapped out! The fight is over!
