Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 26 - 15 - 2, fighting out of Las Vegas, Andrew Morgan!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 6 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Alfonso Valdez!
The judges for this bout are Aafke Stam, Nard Betker and Paulsen Ambrosius.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Morgan rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Valdez moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Valdez blocks a jab.
Valdez looks to land a right hand but Morgan moved out of range.
Valdez has been working on his striking defense in training and it's paying off as Morgan is landing a low percentage of strikes.
Valdez displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Morgan throws out the jab.
Morgan lands with a hook. Valdez tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head.

Alfonso Valdez made sure to give a little speech post fight, saying 'GIVE ME TONG PO! GIVE ME TONG PO! GIVE ME TONG POOOOOOOOOO!'.
The defeated Andrew Morgan had this to say: 'Congratulation to my opponent .... I ain't done. I will be back .. SOON ! '.
