The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Finisher lands a with a good body shot.
Finisher misses with an uppercut.
Dash uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Finisher.
Dash fails with a takedown attempt.
Dash shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Finisher pinned against the cage. Finisher gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.

Dash drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Dash jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.

Dash has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Finisher can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

Finisher manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Dash manages to get himself to full guard.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.

Dash escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Finisher gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

That was a close round but I would say that Jim Dash will probably get the nod.
