Coming up we have a light heavyweight kickboxing rules bout between John King (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Lefteris Patsatzoglou (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both these guys have solid standup skills and neither is particularly fantastic on the ground, so let's hope for a nice standup war!

King lands with a right, followed by a left to the temple and Patsatzoglou goes down! The ref sends King to a neutral corner so he can begin the count. 3,4,5,6 and Patsatzoglou is back to his feet. He seems a little groggy but the referee thinks he's OK to continue, so we're back to the action!

That was a close second round but I would say that John King will probably get the nod.

That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! King crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Patsatzoglou - the referee stops the clock and King gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Patsatzoglou. King manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.
King looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to John King.
Well King has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win... Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.

A very excited looking John King rambled incoherently for about 5 minutes post fight about how awesome he is. It was kinda funny for a while but then everyone got annoyed.
