The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Vovchanchyn gets caught flat footed, as Buster shoots in with a quick takedown into guard.
Buster's corner is telling him to maintain position.
Vovchanchyn keeping moving, preventing Buster from controlling successfully.
Buster sitting in guard, not really doing much.
Vovchanchyn has control of Buster's left arm, preventing Buster from doing any damage.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Buster stays in close to Vovchanchyn's body and controls the position.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
A punch combination from Vovchanchyn misses.
Buster half commits to a counter takedown before pushing away, out of range.
Buster shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
and Vovchanchyn cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Buster gets cracked there but stands up to it.
Vovchanchyn scores with a straight right hand, right through his opponent's guard.
Remy Vovchanchyn is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.

Buster closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.
Vovchanchyn is defending well against a takedown attempt.
Vovchanchyn is trying to push Buster away but Buster has him pressed against the cage, so he's going nowhere.
Buster wants to take the fight to the mat but Vovchanchyn manages to get underhooks and keep the fight in the clinch.

Roy Buster seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Buster shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Vovchanchyn's guard.

Vovchanchyn has scooted to the edge of the canvas and used the cage to get back to his feet. Buster has stuck on his opponent and is forcing him back against the cage.

Vovchanchyn tries to circle away but Buster has him pinned against the cage.
Buster prevents Vovchanchyn from breaking the clinch.
Vovchanchyn has had enough of the clinch but Buster keeps him there for the moment.
