Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
7 - 12 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, James Simeon!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

5 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Krom Kong!
The judges for this bout are Eliza Hachem, Ron Honeybunn and Ben Watson.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Simeon changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Kong tries to avoid it but Simeon manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Kong to the ground. Kong escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Simeon fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Kong avoids it really well and circles away.
Kong lands with a nice body kick.
Ouch! a nice leg kick from Kong, right into the meat.
Kong looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.
Simeon swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Kong cracks Simeon with a right hand to the side of the head.

Simeon tries to score a power double leg takedown but Kong sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Simeon somewhat.

Simeon dives in and grabs Kong's left leg, looking for a takedown. Kong pushes down on Simeon's head and hops out.

Kong lets it all go there with a big combo counter but none of the punches connected.
Simeon changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Kong looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
Kong tries to get back to his feet but has found himself mounted instead. Damn, that's gotta suck.

Simeon jumps to side control looking for an arm triangle but Kong manages to avoid the submission attempt.
