The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Collins looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple.
Collins fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Nascimento manages to avoid it.
Nascimento moves into range and lands a nice body kick.

Collins ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Nascimento moves away.

and Nascimento counters with a left to the body.

Nascimento has been working on his striking defense in training and it's paying off as Collins is landing a low percentage of strikes.

Collins is trying to push Nascimento away but Nascimento has him pressed against the cage, so he's going nowhere.
The fighters are pressed against the cage, as the pace of the fight slows.
Nascimento throws an elbow but it's blocked.

Collins can't break the clinch.
Nascimento throws a nice elbow but it doesn't land.

Collins's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.

Collins is hobbling a little on that front leg after taking quite a few leg kicks so far in this fight.

Nice uppercut lands for Nascimento. That snapped Collins's head back.

Nascimento drops Collins with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Collins looks back up at him and smiles so Nascimento waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.

Collins bobbing and weaving nicely... He's ducked under a jab and ducks again but ooooooh! Nascimento comes at him with an uppercut from hell! Collins falls to the canvas, unconscious! This one is all over! Oh man, looking at the replay that was right on the button! Collins was out before he hit the floor!
