The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Brivio instigates a clinch.
Durand unloads a knee to the mid-section. Brivio lets out a prehistoric sounding urrrrgh.

Durand is clearly stalling here... Pick up the pace son.
Brivio blocks a knee to the body. He'll have a nicely bruised forearm in the morning.
Brivio jumps guard but Durand stands there with Brivio around his waist. Brivio gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.
Brivio jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Durand walks away with a smile on his face. Brivio gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.

Brivio clinches up with Durand and pushes him back against the cage.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Durand tries to land a knee to the body but he is off balance and Brivio avoids it.
Durand tries a knee to the head but he's missed.
Brivio tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.
Siegfried Durand has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Marco Brivio.
Durand throws a vicious knee straight up the middle but Brivio blocks it with crossed arms.
Durand crunches a lovely knee into Brivio's ribcage.

Durand unloads a knee to the mid-section.
Brivio tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Durand smiles and moves away.
Brivio checks a low kick from Durand.
Durand attempts a low kick but it misses it's target.

Durand clinches.
Durand stalling the fight.
Brivio misses with a body punch.
Durand is clearly stalling here... Pick up the pace son.
Brivio trying to land knees to the body.
Durand can't find room to land a body shot as Brivio controls the action.

Brivio manages to pull guard.
Brivio has a closed guard, preventing Durand from standing up.

Durand is trying to tuck his arms in to keep them safe but Brivio has managed to isolate one of them and has got a loose triangle. Durand is looking to defend but Brivio has done well to lock his legs together - this could be big trouble for Durand! Brivio pulls down on the head and a little smile comes across his face - he knows he's got it. Yep, Durand taps out and this one is all over!
